What time is the Check in and Check Out of the hotel?

The time of entry or Check In is at 3:00 p.m., and the departure time or Check Out is at 12:00 noon

 

 

Can I enter to the hotel before the Check in time?

You stay in our hotel before the Check in time, after 12:00 p.m. and use the common areas and facilities the hotel provides you.  If the room is ready at your admission time, keys and access to your room will be allow, otherwise you should wait until Check In time to have access the your  room.

 

Does the hotel allow pets?
NO, pets aren’t allowed in our the hotel.

 

What time is the breakfast?
Breakfast service, begins at  7:00 a.m. and finish at 10:00 a.m.

 

Is the breakfast served or buffet style?
This would depend on the occupancy of our hotel.  If it is high we bring buffet but if there is low occupancy we bring service a la carte for breakfast, remember it is included.

 

Is it allowed to smoke inside the property of the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, smokers should go to the street, the smoking area could be besides the gate entry.

 

Does the hotel offers room service?
We don’t have room service, but we can pack the food for be delivered to the room.
 

How far is the beach from the hotel?
The hotel is about 300 m. from Carrillo Beach and 7 km from Sámara Beach.
